Prepare Dough: Mix flour, milk, and eggs to create a dough similar to crepe batter.
Combine and Bake: Combine the vegetable mixture with the dough. Spread on a greased baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 5-10 minutes. Top with mozzarella cheese and thyme, then grill until cheese is melted and golden.
