Instructions

  1. Prepare the Greens: Cook fenugreek leaves and spinach until soft, then blend into a fine paste.
  2. Cook the Onions and Spices: In some oil, cook onions with salt until golden. Add turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder, then tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  3. Combine and Cook: Add the green paste to the tomato mixture and cook for a few minutes until it gets a nice green shine.
  4. Add Paneer and Season: Season with garam masala and kasuri methi. Add grated nutmeg and paneer, cooking until the gravy thickens.
  5. Serve with Naan: Enjoy the Methi Chaman with freshly prepared naan.
