  8. baking powder - 2 teaspoons (for batter)
  9. vanilla pods - 2 (for flavor)
  10. orange zest - 1 (for flavor)

  12. ice cream - to taste (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Caramelize Sugar: In a frying pan, melt brown sugar and butter over high heat.
  2. Prepare Oranges: Peel and cut oranges in half, then place in the caramel mixture.
