fully baked potato - 1 (cut the top third off and scoop out the inside)
butter - to taste
sour cream - to taste
milk - to taste (a little splash)
sliced chives - to taste
grated cheddar - to taste
salt - to taste (for seasoning)
pepper - to taste (for seasoning)
Instructions
Scoop and Mash: Scoop out the inside of a fully baked potato. Mash the potato flesh with butter, sour cream, a splash of milk, sliced chives, and grated cheddar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Fill and Bake: Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the potato skins. Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 10 to 15 minutes until golden.
