  3. Lemon Juice - 1/2 oz
  4. Orgeat - 1/4 oz
  5. Cardamom Bitters - 3 drops
  6. Whole Egg - 1

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Combine cognac, chai syrup, lemon juice, orgeat, cardamom bitters, and a whole egg in a shaker.
  2. Dry Shake: Shake without ice to emulsify the egg.
  3. Shake with Ice: Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
