  2. fresh goat cheese (caprino) - 300 grams (soft fresh goat cheese)
  3. courgettes (zucchini) - 3 medium (grilled)
  4. roasted turkey breast - 350 grams (sliced)
  5. lemon - 1 whole (zest and juice)

  9. fresh rosemary - watch the video to see (in piadella dough)

Instructions

  1. Season the Goat Cheese: Mix the fresh goat cheese with olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper to taste.
  2. Heat the Piadella: Heat each piadella in a pan for about 90 seconds per side until warm.
  3. Prepare the Piadella Filling: Make a long cut about one quarter of the piadella. Spread the seasoned goat cheese evenly as a base inside the cut.
  4. Add Vegetables and Meat: Add the grilled courgettes and slices of roasted turkey breast on top of the goat cheese.
  5. Finish with Lemon: Sprinkle a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and some lemon zest over the filling.
  6. Fold and Reheat: Fold each quarter of the piadella over the filling and quickly reheat in the pan before serving.
