  6. jalapeño chilies - 8 pieces (whole, sliced into wheels)
  7. serrano chilies - 8 pieces (whole)
  8. large onion - 1 piece (sliced)
  9. tomatoes - 4 pieces (whole)
  10. orange pepper - 1 piece (whole)
  11. red pepper - 1 piece (whole)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fire and equipment: Get the fire ready on the plow disc for cooking. Ensure it is hot enough for roasting the ingredients.
  2. Prepare vegetables and meats: Slice the onion, chop the bacon into small pieces, slice jalapeño chilies into wheels, and prepare other chilies whole. Dice beef and pork if not already done.
  3. Roast chilies and onion: Roast the gero chilies, jalapeño, serrano, and other peppers along with onion on the hot disc until golden brown. Remove and let cool before grinding.
  4. Grind roasted vegetables: Grind the roasted chilies, onion, garlic, and tomatoes to make a spicy sauce.
  5. Cook meats: Add bacon to the disc and brown it. Then add chorizo, beef, and pork. Season with salt and a little beer to enhance flavor. Brown the meats well.
