Ingredients

  1. Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)
  2. Onion - 1 small (finely chopped)
  3. Green chilli - ½ tablespoon (chopped)
  4. Chicken mince - 250 grams (or keema)
  5. Ginger garlic paste - 1½ teaspoons (for flavor)
  6. Cooking oil - 1-2 tablespoons (for mixture)
  7. Boiled potatoes - 2 large (mashed)
  8. Iodized Himalayan pink salt - 1 tablespoon (to taste)
  9. Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (for seasoning)
  10. Cumin powder - ½ teaspoon (for seasoning)
  11. Crushed red chilli - 1 teaspoon (for spice)
  12. Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon (for mixture)
  13. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon (for acidity)
  14. Fresh coriander - 1 tablespoon (chopped)
  15. Mayonnaise - ½ cup (for sauce)
  16. Fresh coriander - handful (with stem)
  17. Jalapenos - 4-5 slices (sliced)
  18. Garlic - 3-4 (cloves)
  19. Green chillies - 2 (for sauce)
  20. Iodized Himalayan pink salt - to taste (to taste)
  21. Black pepper powder - ¼ teaspoon (for sauce)
  22. Lemon juice - 3 tablespoons (for sauce)
  23. Breadcrumbs - as required (for coating)
  24. Cooking oil - 1-2 tablespoons (for frying patties)
  25. Mozzarella cheese - as required (grated)
  26. Butter - as required (for toasting buns)
  27. Garlic - 1 teaspoon (chopped)
  28. Fresh coriander - 1 teaspoon (chopped)
  29. Paprika powder - ¼ teaspoon (for flavor)
  30. Burger buns - as required (as required)
  31. Salad leaf - as required (for garnish)
  32. Tomato ketchup - as required (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mixture: On a griddle, add cooking oil, onion, and green chilli. Mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add Chicken: Add chicken mince and ginger garlic paste. Mix well until it changes color.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Add cooking oil, mashed potatoes, pink salt, black pepper powder, cumin powder, crushed red chilli, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and fresh coriander. Mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Cool the Mixture: Let it cool.
  5. Make the Sauce: In a blending jar, add mayonnaise, fresh coriander, jalapenos, garlic, green chillies, pink salt, black pepper powder, and lemon juice. Blend well. Street style burger sauce is ready!
  6. Form Patties: Take 80g of mixture, make a patty & coat in breadcrumbs (make 6).
  7. Fry Patties: On a griddle, add cooking oil & fry patties on medium flame from both sides until golden & crispy.
  8. Add Cheese: Add mozzarella cheese on top of the patties and set aside.
  9. Toast Buns: On a griddle, add butter, garlic, fresh coriander, and paprika powder. Mix well & toast burger buns from both sides.
  10. Assemble the Burger: On the burger bun, spread prepared burger sauce, add salad leaf, fried patty with cheese, and tomato ketchup. Cover with the top bun to make a burger.
  11. Serve: Serve with burger sauce, potato fries & tomato ketchup!
