Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: Chop and smash fish fillets and devein shrimp before combining the two to form a paste.
  2. Marinate the Filling: Marinate the filling with salt, sugar, white pepper, cornstarch, and water. Mix in some sesame oil.
