Instructions
Cook the spaghetti: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
Prepare the garlic oil: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
Combine spaghetti and garlic oil: Once the spaghetti is cooked, reserve some pasta water and drain the rest. Add spaghetti to the skillet with garlic oil.
Add seasoning: Toss spaghetti with garlic oil, adding reserved pasta water as needed to create a sauce. Add red pepper flakes and chopped parsley.
Serve: Plate the spaghetti and top with grated parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
