Instructions
Prepare the Wok: Put the wok on a medium heat and generously coat with extra virgin olive oil.
Cook the Garlic: Crush the garlic and add it to the wok. Cook until it's golden brown but not burnt, which takes less than 10 seconds due to the quick cooking time of the wok.
Add Parsley: Add the parsley to the wok, including the stalks.
Cook the Spaghetti: Add the spaghetti and pasta water to the wok. Toss the spaghetti in the wok to evenly coat with the garlic and parsley oil.
Serve: Once the spaghetti is cooked and the sauce has reached a creamy consistency, it's ready to serve.
