steak - 1 kilo (any kind of meat with fat, 1 kilo)
steak spices - to taste (or seven spices if not available)
black pepper - to taste
salt - to taste
butter - to taste (a little)
oil - to taste (a little)
rosemary - a few sprigs (a few sprigs)
garlic cloves - to taste (a lot)
Instructions
Prepare and Season the Steak: Mix steak spices with salt and sprinkle all over the steak slices.
Cook the Steak: Add a little butter and oil in a frying pan, place the steak slices, and add rosemary sprigs. Cook on high heat initially, then keep turning them.
Add Garlic: Once the steaks have reduced in size, add a lot of garlic cloves to the pan to infuse the steak with garlic flavor.
