Ingredients

  1. Tea Time Vanilla and Lemon flavored biscuits - 2.5 packets (2.5 packets, used instead of ladyfinger biscuits)
  2. Coffee - 1 cup (mixed with milk for soaking biscuits)
  3. Milk - 1 cup (combined with coffee) (mixed with coffee for soaking biscuits)
  4. Cream cheese - 200 ml (for cream layer)
  5. Milk - 100 ml (for cream layer)
  6. Whipped cream - 1 packet (1 packet for cream layer)
  7. Icing sugar - 1 tablespoon (to sweeten cream mixture)
  8. Opus chocolate bars - 5 bars (5 bars with caramel filling, melted for chocolate sauce)
  9. Box cream - watch the video to see (used with chocolate bars to make sauce)
  10. Milk - watch the video to see (added if needed to chocolate sauce)

Instructions

  1. Prepare biscuit soak: Mix coffee with milk. Dip the Tea Time Vanilla and Lemon flavored biscuits into the coffee-milk mixture.
  2. Make cream layer: Mix cream cheese, milk, whipped cream, and icing sugar together to form a smooth cream mixture.
  3. Assemble layers: Make three layers by alternating soaked biscuits and cream mixture.
  4. Prepare chocolate sauce: Melt Opus chocolate bars with box cream and add milk if needed. Mix until smooth.
  5. Top and chill: Pour the chocolate sauce over the layered biscuit and cream mixture. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set the texture.
