Ingredients

  1. rabbit - 500 g (blended)
  2. egg - 1
  3. onion - 2 (blended or grated)
  4. cream - 1 dl
  5. potato flour - 1 tbsp
  6. salt - 2 tsp
  7. black pepper - 2 tsp
  8. oil - as needed (for frying)
  9. butter - as needed (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Meat: Debone the rabbit, then blend the rabbit meat until minced.
  2. Blend Onions: Blend or grate the onions until fine.
  3. Make the Frikadeller Mixture: In a bowl, combine the minced rabbit, egg, blended onions, cream, potato flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate: Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Form and Fry: Form the mixture into small patties and fry in a pan with oil and butter until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve: Serve the rabbit frikadeller warm.
