Sauté aromatics: In a wok, heat olive oil, add chopped onion and garlic, mix well and sauté until onions are translucent.
Cook tomatoes and basil: Add chopped tomatoes and fresh basil leaves, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Simmer and blend: Add water, mix well, cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes. Then blend well with a hand blender.
Add spices: Add paprika powder, dried oregano, black pepper powder, salt, crushed red chili, and chicken powder. Mix well and cook for a minute.
Add dairy: Add milk and cream, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add cheeses: Add grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese, mix well.
Combine with spaghetti: Add boiled spaghetti and mix well.
Garnish and serve: Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot.
