  5. Bacon - 2 slices (per burger)
  6. Onion - 1 (for caramelizing)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Patties: Mix the sausage and ground beef together and form patties weighing 120 g each.
  2. Caramelize the Onions: Finely slice the onion and cook it in a pan with a drizzle of oil. Add plenty of sugar, adjust with salt, and finish with a splash of vinegar.
  3. Cook the Burgers: Cook the patties on a hot skillet, pressing them slightly to achieve a golden crust. When ready, place a slice of Sottilette® Burger on top to melt.
  4. Toast the Buns: Toast the burger buns.
