Instructions
Prepare Ginger: Add ginger pieces into the shaker.
Add Honey Syrup and Lemon Juice: Pour 3/4 ounces of honey syrup and an equal amount of freshly squeezed lemon juice into the shaker.
Muddle Ingredients: Give the mixture a girthy muddle to blend the flavors, especially to break down the tough ginger.
Add Scotch: Pour 2 ounces of Scotch, preferably Johnny Walker, into the shaker.
Shake with Ice: Add hand-flavored ice and shake the mixture well.
