  2. boiling water - 250 g (for syrup)
  3. orange juice - 50 g (for syrup)
  4. orange peels - from 1 orange (for syrup)
  5. cinnamon stick - 1 (for syrup)
  6. pastry sheets - 225 g
  7. orange juice - 50 g (for pie)
  8. orange zest (from 1 orange)
  9. eggs - 2 (medium)
  10. seed oil - 100 g
  11. granulated sugar - 100 g (for pie)
  12. strained yogurt - 100 g
  13. salt - a pinch
  14. baking powder - 10 g
  15. vanillin
  16. all-purpose flour - to coat (for pan)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Syrup: Mix boiling water, sugar, orange juice, peels, and cinnamon. Set aside to cool.
  2. Make Pie Mixture: Combine eggs, sugar, oil, orange juice, yogurt, vanillin, baking powder, salt, and zest.
  3. Prepare Pastry Sheets: Cut pastry sheets into strips and mix into the liquid ingredients gradually.
  4. Bake: Transfer mixture to a greased and floured pan. Bake in air fryer at 150°C for 40 minutes.
  5. Finish with Syrup: Pour cooled syrup over the hot pie. Let absorb for 30 minutes before serving.
