Prepare the orange pie mixture: In a bowl, mix two eggs, 100 g granulated sugar, 100 g seed oil, 50 g orange juice, 100 g strained yogurt, a pinch of salt, 10 g baking powder, one packet of vanillin, and zest from one orange.
Prepare the pastry sheets: Cut the pastry sheets in half, then cut into thin strips. Gradually add the strips to the wet mixture, ensuring they are well coated but not clumped together.
