  2. boiling water - 250 g (for the syrup)
  3. orange juice - 100 g (50 g for the syrup, 50 g for the pie)
  4. orange peels - from 1 orange (from one orange, for the syrup)
  5. cinnamon stick - 1 (for the syrup)
  6. pastry sheets for sweets - 225 g
  7. medium eggs - 2
  8. seed oil - 100 g (plus extra for the pan)
  9. strained yogurt - 100 g
  10. salt - a pinch (a pinch)
  11. baking powder - 10 g
  12. vanillin - 1 packet
  13. all-purpose flour - watch the video to see (for the pan)
  14. orange zest - from 1 orange (from one orange)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the syrup: Combine 350 g granulated sugar, 250 g boiling water, 50 g orange juice, peels from one orange, and a cinnamon stick. Boil for 2-3 minutes until the sugar dissolves, or use boiling water from the microwave to dissolve the sugar for an easier method.
  2. Prepare the orange pie mixture: In a bowl, mix two eggs, 100 g granulated sugar, 100 g seed oil, 50 g orange juice, 100 g strained yogurt, a pinch of salt, 10 g baking powder, one packet of vanillin, and zest from one orange.
  3. Prepare the pastry sheets: Cut the pastry sheets in half, then cut into thin strips. Gradually add the strips to the wet mixture, ensuring they are well coated but not clumped together.
  4. Bake: Transfer the mixture into a greased and floured pan suitable for the airfryer. Bake at 150°C for 40 minutes.
  5. Add the syrup: While the pie is hot, pour the prepared syrup over it, allowing it to absorb fully.
  6. Serve: Let the pie cool and absorb the syrup for about half an hour, then cut into pieces and serve.
