  4. bacon - 300 g (diced)
  5. butter - 1 tbsp
  6. tomato paste - 1 tbsp
  7. cream - 1/2 L
  8. water - 2 dl
  9. smoked paprika - 1 tbsp
  10. regular paprika - 2 tbsp
  11. mild curry - 1-2 tsp
  12. black pepper - 1 tsp
  13. red bell pepper - 1 (diced)
  14. garlic - 4-6 cloves (crushed)
  15. thyme - 1 (1 sprig)
  16. ketchup - 2 tbsp
  17. salt - to taste (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook Sausages: Stir-fry the sausages in butter in a large pot until golden, then set aside.
  2. Crisp the Bacon: In the same pot, cook the bacon until crispy.
  3. Sauté Vegetables: Add all the diced vegetables to the pot and sauté for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add Spices and Tomato Paste: Add the dry spices and tomato paste to the pot and cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Return the sausages to the pot, along with the potatoes, cream, and water. Let the dish simmer for 30 minutes on low heat.
  6. Final Touches: Stir in ketchup and adjust the seasoning with salt to taste.
  7. Serve: Serve the dish garnished with finely chopped spring onions and slices of fresh tomato.
