  10. pork belly - 400 grams (minced)
  11. garlic - 2 cloves (minced)
  12. soy sauce - 1 teaspoon (plus more for sauce)
  13. sesame oil - 1 teaspoon (plus more for sautéing and sauce)
  14. black ground pepper - to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Yeast Mixture: Dissolve dry yeast in lukewarm water with sugar, salt, and vegetable oil.
