  2. Japaghetti Ramen - 1 packet (1 packet)
  3. Chapagetti Ramen - 1 packet (1 packet)
  4. seasoning packets - from packets (from both Ramen packets)
  5. oil - from packets (included in Ramen packets)
  6. egg - 1 (fried)
  7. sesame seeds - to taste (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil Water: Start by boiling water in a pot.
  2. Cook Japaghetti: Add the Japaghetti noodles to the boiling water first as they are thicker and require slightly more cooking time. Wait for about 1 minute.
  3. Add Chapagetti: Then add the Chapagetti noodles to the pot as they are thinner.
  4. Adjust Spiciness: Depending on your preference for spiciness, add either the full amount or just half of the seasoning packets. Mix to combine.
  5. Drain Water: Once the noodles are cooked, drain about half of the water from the pot, similar to making pasta 'al dente'.
  6. Combine Seasonings: Add all the seasoning packets and oil to the noodles. Stir well to combine everything evenly.
  7. Serve: Serve the noodles with a fried egg on top and garnish with sesame seeds.
