Instructions

  1. Make green onion oil: Heat oil and add chopped green onion to infuse fragrance. Once ready, remove the green onions from the oil.
  2. Cook vegetables: Add sliced onion, zucchini, and bell pepper to the green onion oil. Season with salt and stir-fry together.
  3. Add sauces and paste: Add corn syrup, soy sauce, and black bean paste (1 teaspoon) to the vegetables. Add sugar (1 teaspoon) and fry together.
  4. Add water and thicken sauce: Add water to the pan. Add a small amount of MSG for flavor. Let the sauce thicken slightly.
  5. Cook noodles: Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Wash and drain them.
  6. Serve: Place noodles in a bowl and pour the thickened black bean sauce over the noodles. Garnish as desired.
