Ingredients

- sugar - 3 tablespoons (for coffee mixture)
- instant coffee - 3 tablespoons (for coffee mixture)
- milk - 1/2 cup (for creamer)
- cream - 2-3 tablespoons (for creamer)

- chocolate ice cream - 2-3 scoops (for serving)
Instructions
- Prepare Coffee Mixture: In a jug, add hot water, sugar, and instant coffee. Whisk well until sugar and coffee dissolve. Refrigerate until chilled.
- Prepare Creamer: In a cup, add milk and cream. Whisk well and set aside.
- Assemble Float: Garnish the serving glass with chocolate syrup. Add ice cubes, 2 tablespoons of prepared creamer, chocolate ice cream scoops, and then pour 1/2 cup of the prepared coffee mixture. Serve immediately.
