Ingredients

  1. celery - 1 (entire stalk, cleaned)
  2. onions - 2 (peeled and cut)
  3. garlic - 1 (bulb, cut with skin on)
  4. ginger - watch the video to see (fresh, peeled)
  5. carrots - 3 (decently sized, peeled)
  6. thyme - small handful (fresh)
  7. rosemary - small handful (fresh)
  8. sage - small handful (fresh)
  9. peppercorns - 2 tablespoons (whole)
  10. bay leaves - 3 (dried)
  11. oil - small drizzle (for drizzling)
  12. water - 12 cups (from Earth)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Vegetables: Cut and clean the celery, peel and cut the onions, and cut the garlic bulb with skin on.
  2. Add Ingredients: Place all the vegetables, herbs, and spices into a large pot.
  3. Add Water: Top off the pot with 12 cups of water.
  4. Simmer: Bring to a simmer on low heat with the lid cracked for 1 hour.
  5. Strain and Store: Strain the stock and store it for future use.
