Prepare peaches: Cut peaches into cubes and deseed them.
Blend and strain peaches: In a blending jug, add peaches and 1 cup water, blend well, then strain the mixture and set aside.
Make sugar syrup: In a wok, add sugar and 2.5 cups water, turn on the flame, mix well and cook until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Combine peach mixture with syrup: Add the strained peach mixture to the syrup and mix well.
Add flavorings and cook: Add lemon juice, citric acid, and Himalayan pink salt. Mix well and cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes.
Cool and store: Let the peach squash cool completely. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 month. Yield is approximately 2 liters.
Prepare serving drink: In a jug, add 3 cups cold water and 1 cup peach squash, mix well.
Serve: In a serving glass, add ice cubes, peach slices, the prepared peach drink, and mint leaves. Serve chilled.
