chilled water - 4 cups (to dilute the blended mixture)

Instructions
Cook Mango Mixture: In a saucepan, add mango cubes, raw mango cubes, and 1.5 cups water. Mix well and bring to a boil. Cook on medium flame for 2 minutes, then cover and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Cool Mixture: Let the cooked mango mixture cool to room temperature.
Blend Ingredients: In a blending jug, add the cooled mango mixture, sugar, lemon juice, and yellow food color (if using). Blend well.
Strain Mixture: Strain the blended mixture using a strainer to remove solids.
Add Chilled Water: Gradually add chilled water to the strained mixture and mix well to yield about 1.5 liters.
Serve: In serving glasses, add crushed ice, pour the mango frooti, garnish with mint leaves, and serve chilled.
