Instructions

  1. Heat the Milk: Bring the room temperature milk to a boil.
  2. Add Ingredients: Stir in yogurt, salt, and vinegar once the milk starts boiling.
  3. Curdle the Milk: Allow the mixture to simmer until it curdles, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Strain the Curds: Pour the curds into a fine mesh sifter to drain the whey.
  5. Mold the Cheese: Transfer the curds into a cheese mold and press down. Let it sit for 24 to 48 hours.
