Instructions

  1. Cook Eggs: Cook the eggs for exactly 10 minutes if they were in the fridge, or for 9 minutes if they were at room temperature.
  2. Prepare Eggs: Peel the eggs, cut the egg white in half, chop it coarsely, and crumble the yolk in a bowl.
  3. Mix Seasonings: Add capers, cucumber pickles, chives, dill, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, wasabi, Sicilian lemon zest and juice, salt, and black pepper to the crumbled yolk. Mix well.
  4. Add Ricotta Cream: Bind the mixture with light ricotta cream, starting with a full spoon and adding more until it reaches the desired consistency.
  5. Combine with Egg Whites: Mix in the coarsely chopped egg whites.
  6. Prepare Bread: Take sliced bread, remove the crusts, and toast it only on one side.
  7. Assemble Sandwich: Spread the egg mixture on the toasted side of the bread, close the sandwich, and cut it in half.
