  4. paprika - to taste (for color)
  5. garlic powder - to taste (without salt)
  6. onion powder - to taste (without salt)

  8. unsalted butter - 3-4 tablespoons
  9. garlic - 4-5 cloves (minced)
  10. lemon juice - watch the video to see
  11. fresh parsley - watch the video to see (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Shrimp: Clean and devein shrimp, removing shells and digestive tract. Dry with absorbent paper.
  2. Season Shrimp: Add a splash of oil to shrimp and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well and let rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Cook Shrimp: In a skillet with hot oil over medium-high heat, add shrimp without overcrowding. Seal for 30 seconds on each side and remove.
  4. Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce: Lower heat to medium-low, add butter, and once melted, add minced garlic. Stir for about a minute.
  5. Finish Cooking: Add back the half-cooked shrimp, lemon juice, and chopped parsley. Stir well and cook for 1 to 1.5 minutes until done.
