Ingredients

  1. apricots - watch the video to see (washed, halved, pitted)
  2. milk - 1/4 cup (to add to Chantilly cream)
  3. Chantilly cream - 1 can (canned)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Apricots: Wash the apricots well, cut them in half, and remove the pits.
  2. Freeze Apricots: Place the apricot halves in a bowl and put them in the freezer until fully frozen.
  3. Blend Apricots and Cream: Put the frozen apricots in a grinder or blender. Add a quarter cup of milk to the can of Chantilly cream and blend everything well until you get a thick cream.
  4. Freeze the Cream: Transfer the blended cream into a jar and put it in the freezer for a couple of hours to set.
  5. Serve: Enjoy the delicious apricot cream bowl chilled.
