Instructions
Prepare Chicken Stock: Use 2 liters of water and 2 to 3 chicken stock cubes to make a rich and intense chicken stock.
Rinse the Rice: Rinse the rice thoroughly, approximately five times, until the water runs clear to remove all the starch.
Cook the Rice: Level off the rinsed and well-drained rice in a rice cooker. Add the chicken stock, ensuring the stock and rice are in equal quantities.
Add Optional Spices: If desired, add spices such as cumin, coriander, peppercorn, and paprika for extra flavor.
Serve: Once cooked, fluff the rice and serve. Enjoy the perfectly separated grains and rich flavor.
