  2. water - watch the video to see (enough to cover the Fenugreek powder in a bowl)

Instructions

  1. Cleaning and Drying Fenugreek: Filter raw Fenugreek to remove dirt. Wash quickly with minimal water and let it dry completely in a non-sticky bowl.
  2. Powdering Fenugreek: Once dried, powder the Fenugreek using a specific powdering machine and store it in a glass-like bowl to avoid spoilage.
  3. Preparing Mabonqol: Wash and dry the Fenugreek, then let it grow slightly for about 12 hours in a clean bowl with ample sunlight. Dry completely before powdering.
  4. Making the Drink: Gradually mix Fenugreek powder with water in a bowl. Let it settle for 6 to 12 hours without moving it.
  5. Finalizing the Drink: After waiting, remove the water on top and mix the settled powder. Use a stirring machine to achieve the desired thickness.
