Ingredients

  1. self-rising flour - 240g (plus extra for rolling out the dough)

  4. Arla fresh cream cheese - 300g
  5. water - 200g
  6. roasted sesame - 150g
  7. Arla fresh cream slices - watch the video to see (for serving)
  8. turkey slices - watch the video to see (for serving)
  9. strudel slices - watch the video to see (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, mix the self-rising flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add Cream Cheese: Add the Arla fresh cream cheese to the dry ingredients and mix first with a spoon and then with hands.
  3. Rest the Dough: Cover the dough with cling film and let it rise.
  4. Shape and Coat with Sesame: Cut the dough into four pieces, shape each, dip first in water then in sesame seeds, and transfer to the air fryer basket.
  5. Bake: Bake at 180°C for about 13 to 14 minutes.
  6. Serve: Cut buns crosswise in half, fill with cream cheese, turkey, and cheese slices, then serve.
