freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1/2 ounce (15 ml)
Instructions
Prepare Passion Fruit Puree: If using fresh passion fruits, scoop out the pulp and pass it through a fine mesh strainer to obtain 1/2 ounce (15 ml) of passion fruit puree.
Combine Ingredients: In a shaker, combine 1/2 ounce (15 ml) of passion fruit puree, 1 1/2 ounces (45 ml) of dry gin, 1/2 ounce (15 ml) of appol, 1/2 ounce (15 ml) of honey syrup, and 1/2 ounce (15 ml) of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Shake: Shake the mixture for 10 to 12 seconds.
Fine Strain: Fine strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
Garnish (Optional): If desired and the glass allows, float half a passion fruit in the drink as garnish.
