  3. dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
  4. apple cider vinegar - 1 teaspoon

  6. pepper - to taste (to taste)
  7. paprika - to taste (for garnish)
  8. chives - to taste (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the eggs: Pour water into a pot and add a basket steamer. Place eggs in the basket, cover, and steam for 15 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs: Give the eggs an ice bath for five minutes.
  3. Peel the eggs: Crack the eggs open and peel off the shell.
