Prepare Custard: In a wok, add milk, vanilla essence, sugar, and custard powder. Whisk well to combine.
Cook Custard: Turn on medium flame and continuously mix the mixture until it thickens. Remove from flame and whisk while cooling completely.
Add Cream to Custard: Add ½ cup Olper's Cream to the cooled custard, mix well, and refrigerate for later use.
Prepare Fruit Cream: In a large bowl with ice cubes underneath, place another bowl. Add 200 ml chilled Olper's Cream and beat for 5-6 minutes.
Sweeten Cream: Add powdered sugar and beat for another 1-2 minutes.
Add Fruits and Nuts: Add sliced apples, bananas, strained fruit cocktail, pistachios, and almonds. Mix well and set aside.
Assemble Dessert: In a serving dish, layer plain cake slices, fruit cream, red jelly cubes, green jelly cubes, and prepared custard.
Decorate and Serve: Decorate the top with whipped cream, red and green jelly cubes, pistachios, and almonds. Serve chilled.
