Prepare the Liquid Coating Mixture: Combine flour, water, eggs, minced garlic, ginger, coriander, cumin, black pepper, salt, and paprika in a bowl to a pancake batter consistency.
Prepare the Dry Coating Mixture: In a separate bowl, mix flour, starch, baking powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and optionally crispy breadcrumbs.
Coat the Shrimp: Dip marinated shrimp in the liquid mixture, then in the dry mixture. Ensure each shrimp is well-coated.
Fry the Shrimp: Fry in oil at medium temperature (approximately 180°C) until crispy. Small shrimp need about 2 minutes, large shrimp about 3 minutes.
