Ingredients

  1. white cabbage or a mix - 450 grams (thinly sliced)
  2. carrot - 1 (medium, grated)
  3. onion - 1 (small, finely chopped)
  4. mayonnaise - 5 tablespoons
  5. yogurt - 4 tablespoons
  6. sour cream - 4 tablespoons (can be replaced with Greek yogurt)
  7. lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  8. vinegar - 1 tablespoon (apple cider preferred)
  9. powdered sugar - 1 tablespoon
  10. mustard - 1/4 teaspoon
  11. salt - 1 level tablespoon
  12. black pepper - a sprinkle (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Vegetables: Thinly slice the cabbage. Grate the carrot. Finely chop the onion. Sprinkle a little salt on the cabbage, rub it well, and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Dressing: Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, vinegar, powdered sugar, mustard, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Combine and Chill: Combine the vegetables in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over them and mix well. Refrigerate for two hours, stirring once before serving.
