white cabbage or a mix - 450 grams (thinly sliced)
carrot - 1 (medium, grated)
onion - 1 (small, finely chopped)
mayonnaise - 5 tablespoons
yogurt - 4 tablespoons
sour cream - 4 tablespoons (can be replaced with Greek yogurt)
lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
vinegar - 1 tablespoon (apple cider preferred)
powdered sugar - 1 tablespoon
mustard - 1/4 teaspoon
salt - 1 level tablespoon
black pepper - a sprinkle (to taste)
Instructions
Prepare the Vegetables: Thinly slice the cabbage. Grate the carrot. Finely chop the onion. Sprinkle a little salt on the cabbage, rub it well, and set aside.
Prepare the Dressing: Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, vinegar, powdered sugar, mustard, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
Combine and Chill: Combine the vegetables in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over them and mix well. Refrigerate for two hours, stirring once before serving.
