  7. carrot - 1 piece (diced)
  8. corn kernel - 50 g (can use frozen or canned)
  9. unsalted butter - 2 tablespoons (for sautéing)
  10. all-purpose flour - 3 tablespoons (for thickening)
  11. water - 350 ml (for soup base)
  12. milk - 350 ml (for creaminess)
  13. chicken powder - 1 teaspoon (for flavor)
  14. sugar - 1 teaspoon (to balance flavor)
  15. dried parsley - ½ teaspoon (for visual appeal)

Instructions

  1. Marinate Chicken: Marinate the chicken with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Prep Vegetables: Dice the onion, mince the garlic, slice the celery, and dice the carrot.
  3. Fry Chicken: Heat a little oil and fry the chicken until browned. Drain and cut into pieces.
  4. Sauté Aromatics: In the same pan, add butter, onion, and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
