garlic - 5 cloves (5 cloves, smashed)

scotch bonnet pepper - 1/2 (half, optional)

cherry tomatoes - watch the video to see (optional, halved)
Instructions
Render Fat from Mutton: In a dry pan, cook the corned mutton to render out some fat.
Add Cabbage and Seasonings: Add shredded cabbage, onion, garlic, black pepper, and scotch bonnet pepper. Cook until cabbage is tender but not overcooked.
Finish with Tomatoes: Stir in cherry tomatoes, if using, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
