  2. butter - 10-15g
  3. balsamic vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  4. cane sugar - 1 teaspoon

  6. salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Onions: Slice and chop 2 yellow onions.
  2. Caramelize the Onions: In a pan with a little butter, fry the onions over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes. Occasionally stir to prevent burning.
  3. Finish the Caramelization: Add a few drops of water, balsamic vinegar, and a teaspoon of cane sugar. Cook for another 3 minutes, stirring well.
