  3. ginger - 3 tablespoons (minced or paste)
  4. jalapeno - 1 (sliced, seeds removed)
  5. salt - pinch (pinch)
  6. canned peeled tomatoes - 28 ounces
  7. cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  8. honey - 2 tablespoons
  9. heavy cream - 1/3 cup
  10. fenugreek - 2 tablespoons (optional)
  11. chopped spinach - 10 ounces
  12. paneer - 1/2 pound

Instructions

  1. Prepare Vegetables: Start by thinly slicing the onion and jalapeno (half, seeds removed).
  2. Saute Vegetables: In a saucepan, melt butter and add in the onions, ginger, and jalapeno. Saute for five minutes.
  3. Add Spices and Tomatoes: Add in the tomatoes, salt, cinnamon, and honey to the saucepan.
  4. Blend the Mixture: Transfer the mixture to a blender and puree it until smooth.
