Ingredients

  1. pears - 2
  2. baguette - 0.5 (half)
  3. prosciutto - 4 (slices)
  4. olive oil - 2 tablespoons (for brushing)
  5. cream cheese - 100g
  6. blue cheese - 70g
  7. balsamic cream with honey - 30g (Pan Zafyl)
  8. arugula leaves - 20g
  9. salt - to taste (a pinch)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Prosciutto: Place prosciutto slices on parchment paper on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 160°C until crispy, about 5-10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Pears: Peel the pears, cut them into quarters, remove the seeds, and then grill them until they have a nice color and flavor.
  3. Prepare the Baguette: Cut the baguette into slices, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Toast the slices in a pan until golden.
  4. Prepare the Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and blue cheese together.
  5. Assemble the Bruschettas: Spread a little of the cheese mixture on each baguette slice, add a piece of grilled pear, break the crispy prosciutto into pieces and distribute among the bruschettas. Serve with arugula leaves and drizzle with balsamic cream.
