Ingredients

  1. butter - to taste
  2. garlic - to taste (thinly sliced)
  3. shallots - to taste (thinly sliced)
  4. Aleppo chili - to taste
  5. mint - to taste
  6. yogurt - to taste
  7. lemon juice - to taste
  8. salt - to taste
  9. pepper - to taste
  10. eggs - to taste (poached)
  11. toast - to taste (crispy)

Instructions

  1. Brown the butter: Brown off some butter and then strain off to remove the milk solids.
  2. Prepare garlic and shallot mix: Add thinly sliced garlic and shallots back onto the stove until crispy.
  3. Add Aleppo chili: Go in with a hit of Aleppo chili, cook for a minute, and then take it off the heat to let it cool down.
  4. Prepare minty yogurt: Add some mint into some yogurt, hit that with a little bit of fresh garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Serve: Go into the bowl with minty yogurt, followed by some poached eggs, and liberally douse in the brown butter chili and garlic mix. Finish off with some crispy toast and a little bit more fresh mint.
