Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pressure Cooker: In a pressure cooker, put a little oil, a green onion, salt, and garlic. Let it brown.
  2. Add the Chicken and Spices: Add the chicken without the skin, salt, pepper, ginger, Kabsa spices, cardamom seeds, and Sayyidna Musa al-Har leaves. Add a pinch of nutmeg and water.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Boil water until the chicken is cooked.
  4. Add Rice: Add two cups of rice. Cook for only 10 minutes.
  5. Final Touches: Remove and keep the red sauce. Fry the onion and put nuts on top for garnishing.
