Instructions
Prepare Lentils: Boil half a cup of lentils until fully cooked without breaking down, then drain.
Make Dough: Combine 1 cup of flour with a pinch of salt and half a cup of water to form a cohesive dough. Knead well.
Roll and Cut Dough: Roll out the dough, sprinkle with flour, and cut into small pieces.
Prepare Yogurt Mixture: Mix 1 kilo of yogurt with a cup of water and a tablespoon of starch. Beat well.
Fry Onions: In a pan with olive oil, fry a large sliced onion until golden.
Combine and Cook: Add the yogurt mixture to the fried onions, bring to a boil, then add the lentils and dough pieces. Season with salt to taste and cook until the dough is done.
