Ingredients

  1. whole wheat linguine - 250g
  2. strained yogurt - 250g (2%)
  3. champignon mushrooms - 200g
  4. garlic - 1 (clove)
  5. onion - 1
  6. fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon (chopped)
  7. sliced turkey - 150g
  8. white wine - 80g
  9. olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  10. salt - to taste
  11. pepper - to taste
  12. chives - to garnish (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: Boil linguine in salted water until al dente, about 8 minutes.
  2. Prepare Vegetables and Turkey: Sauté mushrooms, garlic, and onion in olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Add turkey and sauté briefly, then deglaze with white wine.
  3. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Drain pasta and add to the pan with vegetables and turkey. Turn off heat.
  4. Add Yogurt: Stir in strained yogurt until sauce thickens and coats pasta evenly.
  5. Serve: Serve hot, garnished with freshly ground pepper and chives.
