- honey ginger syrup - 3/4 ounce

- lemon peel - watch the video to see (for garnish, signature lemon vault)
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a shaker, combine 2 ounces of Marcato 28 reposado, 3/4 ounce of fresh lemon juice, and 3/4 ounce of honey ginger syrup.
- Shake: Shake the mixture vigorously.
- Strain: Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice cubes.
- Add Mezcal Float: Carefully float illegal mezcal on top of the drink.
- Garnish: Garnish with candied ginger and a lemon peel twist.
