  3. instant coffee - 3 tablespoons (for coffee mixture)

  5. crushed ice - watch the video to see (as required)
  6. vanilla ice cream - 2 scoops (scoops)
  7. soda water - 1/2 cup (to add fizz)
  8. caramel sauce - watch the video to see (for drizzling on top)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Coffee Mixture: In a jug, add hot water, sugar, and instant coffee. Whisk well until combined.
  2. Chill Coffee Mixture: Refrigerate the coffee mixture until chilled.
  3. Assemble the Affogato Float: Garnish the serving glass with caramel syrup. Add crushed ice cubes, then add two scoops of vanilla ice cream.
  4. Add Coffee and Soda: Pour 1/2 cup of the prepared coffee mixture into the glass, then add 1/2 cup soda water.
  5. Finish and Serve: Drizzle caramel sauce on top and serve immediately.
